Our newly designed paper cup forming machine is an automatic system capable of producing different cup sizes through a series of continuous processes. It features automatic paper feeding, precise paper positioning with an anti-return device, ultrasonic welding, paper fan transfer with a manipulator arm, automatic silicone oil lubrication, bottom punching, bottom folding, bottom preheating, bottom knurling, and cup ejection.
Reliability is paramount with our S100 intelligent medium-speed paper cup molding machine. Constructed with a robust steel plate body and an oil-type lubrication system, it ensures long-term stability and normal operation.
