S100 Medium Speed Paper Cup Shaper machine is a multi-station high speed automatic machine that produces single and double PE coated beverage cups with automatic paper feeding, sealing, oiling, bottom continuous process, cutting, heating, knurling, curling and stacking. This machine adopts hot air system, PLC control, servo motor drive, automatic fault warning, counting, detection, stop and other machine speed can reach 100-110pcs/min.

The core parts of the machine are designed with an open CAM and deceleration motor.

An automatic oil pump lubrication and filtration system enhances maintenance convenience.

A hot air heater system is employed to ensure precise bottom formation.
