Automatic spray lubrication adopts longitudinal axis transmission structure, cylindrical indexing mechanism and gear transmission; various forming molds are set on the table, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. Electricity adopts PLC control, whole process photoelectric tracking monitoring, servo feeding. The production capacity can reach 120 pieces/min. Suitable for producing 5-16 oz cold/hot paper cups.

The latest version of Yongbo Machinery's Open Cam Paper Cup Machine features an upgraded bottom heating system that significantly enhances the sealing effect of the paper cups when compared to the older design.

This model comes equipped with 10 Cup molds, resulting in faster operation than the older 8 Cup molds. The steel plate used in this machine applies pressure to the bottom paper, ensuring a more stable and smoother paper feeding process.

Additionally, the inclusion of two cooling fans allows for faster cooling of the paper fan, which results in a better sealing effect for the cups.
